Visit to Honolulu Lodge F&AM Hawaii 2007

In September/October 2007 W. Bro Keith White and his wife travelled to Oahu Hawaii to celebrate their 25^th Wedding Anniversary. Prior to their trip to Hawaii W. Bro. White was in contact with Worshipful Brother Monty Glover secretary of Honolulu Lodge, F. & A.M. and was invited to visit their lodge on Tuesday, 2^nd October. This date proved a few problems for W. Bro. White because it was the actual date of their wedding anniversary. Not to miss out on this opportunity W. Bro. White did manage to attend Honolulu lodge albeit for a limited time before taking his wife for a celebration dinner.

On arrival W. Bro. White was made most welcome and during the meeting Worshipful Master Frank Condello presented W. Bro. White with a number of mementos. In return W. Bro. White presented the Worshipful Master with a copy of the History of Iris Masonic Lodge. Also during the meeting W. Bro. White witnessed the excellent and proficient manner in which two entered apprentice members of the lodge repeated their obligation as part of their 1^st Degree Proficiency.

Later that week, W. Bro. Monty Glover and his wife arranged to meet W. Bro. White and his wife at their hotel and took them for a tour of the sites around Honolulu. Their company was most enjoyable and their kindness and friendship very much appreciated.
